


Dr. Noori is a Board Certified Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). He completed his vascular surgical residency training at Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine.
Dr. Noori covers the full spectrum of vascular care including peripheral artery disease, vascular blockages, lower extremities circulation problems, leg swelling, leg pain, varicose veins, spider veins, venous insufficiency, diabetic wounds, dialysis access, carotid artery disease and vascular aneurysms. Dr. Lucas is a vascular surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience in private practice. He serves as the Medical Director of the Vein and Vascular Institute of Central Maryland (VVICM), and is a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon. He specializes and treats a multitude of vascular diseases and conditions, both arterial and venous, using minimally invasive and open techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Dr. Lucas has a special interest in spider veins, and is a trained laser specialist offering multiple modalities for treatment. He is the only vascular surgeon in the region to offer Veingogh and Sciton laser treatments with ClearV.
